The fastest production in the world
We built the fastest manufacturing process in the world for Type IIR facemasks having been approached by the UK Government to supply medical masks during the pandemic response. We can produce up to 20 million ear loop facemasks a month with high-speed tailored packing and labelling lines. We can also supply Type IIR tie back masks.
Quality and security
Our masks are widely welcomed by health professionals who recognise their superior comfort, strength and quality. All of our masks are compliant to BS EN 14683:2019 requirements.
Our masks are produced using clean room technology and a UK-based supply chain to ensure a secure approach to delivery. Our manufacturing facility is also compliant to ISO 13485:2016 quality control and associated standards.
Sustainability and shelf life
It is crucially important the medical industry addresses wastage issues if we are to deliver a sustainable approach to manufacturing across our industry. Our Type IIR masks have a significantly longer shelf life than many others in the marketplace – at five years. This reduces cost and wastage for healthcare providers. A longer shelf life means less ordering and less wastage.
At Eumar Technology and our sister company Ubersorb, we are always looking at how we can be more sustainable ourselves. As a significant step, we are embedding the internationally recognised standard ISO14001 practices across our production lines, including our facemask production.
